Description
This is a perfect program for young athletes who want an introduction to the game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for league play in the Fall. Students will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, kicking, punting and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun & positive environment.
**Everyone will receive a "Be A Good Sport" t-shirt.**
Participants are grouped according to grade and ability level. Groups will rotate through indoor and outdoor activities.
Please bring a nut free lunch, snacks, beverages & water bottle each day.
