Description

This is a perfect program for young athletes who want an introduction to the game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills. Students will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, kicking, punting and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun & positive environment.

Students should wear sneakers and bring a water bottle to each class.

All equipment is provided and included in the class fee.
