Who knew food could be delicious and HEALTHY??? Come join nutrition expert Kira Pantschenko from Nouveau Nutrition and let's bake, sautee, and roast a new recipe each week. Each week will feature a sweet or savory or a combination of the two recipes like purple sweet potato pie bars, cauliflower mac and cheese, or eggplant rollatini to name a few. The young chefs choose recipes based on their preferences for the last 2 classes. This is a great way to get them thinking about what they would like to prepare and we talk about making it healthy. The young chefs will eat all that they make!!! Any leftovers are taken home! Each class is 100% interactive and students are encouraged to participate.
