Who knew food could be delicious and HEALTHY??? Come join nutrition expert Kira Pantschenko from Nouveau Nutrition and let's bake, sautee, and roast a new recipe each week. Each week will feature a sweet or savory or a combination of the two recipes such as Plum Galette with a Whole-Wheat Crust, empandas (dough from scratch), and Chocolate Olive Oil Mug Cake & White Chocolate Chunks with homemade vanilla ice cream.
The young chefs will choose recipes based on their preferences for the last 2 classes. This is a great way to get them thinking about what they would like prepare and we talk about making it healthy. The young chefs will eat all that they make!!! Any leftovers are taken home! Each class is 100% interactive and children are encouraged to participate.
