Description
Bring yourself, or sign up with a friend to this high-energy, beginner level martial arts class that combines the fundamentals of traditional Shaolin Kempo Karate and Kung Fu (Self Defense) with the fun of Action-Flex Sword Sparring, a point-based game using foam padded training swords and safety gear under the guidance and supervision of an instructor.
As a part of their uniform, students will receive an SDSS Martial Arts T shirt and a white belt that they should bring to every class.
No class on Monday, 4/15, 5/27 & Wednesday, 4/17.
