Description

Flag Football offers a fun and safe way for students to learn the fundamentals of the game. Participants develop key skills such as passing, catching, running routes, and kicking through engaging drills and mini games. Each class concludes with a lively scrimmage where students can put their new skills into action. This non-contact version of football emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and—most importantly—having fun!

Students should wear comfortable sports clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle to each class.

All equipment is provided and included in the class fee.
