Description
The two most popular summer camps at Miller-Driscoll are thrilled to offer a new program for students who love STEM, gaming, AND sports!
Join us at “Be a Good Sport and Power Up!” where half of the day campers play sports & playground games with Mr. Giaimo, and the other half they learn to code robots, game, and build in Minecraft with Mr. Ley and Mr. Darling.
During the half day at Power Up, campers will program drones, race RC cars, build collaboratively in Minecraft, compete in Nintendo games challenges, and create offscreen with Legos, Perler Beads, Keva Planks, Crazy Forts, and other STEM kits.
During the half day at Be a Good Sport, campers learn cooperation, problem solving, healthy communication and focus through playground games. Campers will rotate through indoor and outdoor activities including basketball, kickball, wiffleball, crazy soccer, and classic games like sharks and minnows.

Led by veteran teachers Mr. Giaimo, Mr. Ley and Mr. Darling, "Be a Good Sport and Power Up!" provides a welcoming community where creativity thrives, teamwork matters, and friendships last long after camp ends.
Please bring a nut free lunch, snacks, beverages & water bottle each day.
