This fun and active program offers a mix of exercise, recreation, and friendly competition in a relaxed yet structured environment. Participants will enjoy playing Matball, traditional sports, and gym class favorites—perfect for staying active and having fun with friends.

Sneakers required! Please bring a water bottle.

All equipment is provided and included in the class fee.
