The Science Around Us (Gr 1&2)
In this exciting, hands-on adventure, students will discover how science is all around them—whether it’s the plants blooming in the spring or rockets launching into space! This project-based experience immerses students in the forces that shape our world, from the toys they play with to the powerful storms that sweep across the sky.
Throughout the journey, students will collect rocks, minerals, and even some fascinating (and maybe gross) specimens, all in the name of science. To make the experience even more fun, each student will receive a Mad Science lab coat, science goggles, and take-home projects to inspire further exploration. This program brings the wonders of science to life and sparks curiosity about the world we live in!
