Description
Bring yourself, or sign up with a friend to this high-energy, beginner level martial arts class that combines the fundamentals of traditional Shaolin Kempo Karate and Kung Fu with the fun of bag work, partner drills and Action-Flex Sword Sparring; a point-based game using foam padded training swords and safety gear under the guidance and supervision of an instructor.
As a part of their uniform students will receive an SDSS Martial Arts T shirt and a white belt that they should bring to every class. Upon the conclusion of the session, students who have met all requirements will be promoted to a White Belt w/ Yellow Stripe (High White) symbolizing their completion of the course.
No class Tuesday, 10/15, 11/5, and Wednesday, 10/2.
