Description

Flag Football is a fun and safe way to learn the fundamentals of Football. This after school program teaches participants how to pass, catch, run routes, and kick. The class consists of fun drills, mini games, and concludes with a scrimmage. This is a fun and exciting variation on football with no contact. Emphasis is on fun, team building and sportsmanship.

Students should wear comfortable sports clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle to each class.

**All equipment is provided and included in the class fee.**
