Description

Color! Texture! Pattern! Go! This exciting and hands-on class introduces students to the art of weaving using rigid heddle looms. Students will learn basic weaving patterns and techniques while working toward a finished project such as a mug rug, bag, scarf, or wall hanging. Each participant will have their own loom to use in class.

Throughout the session, students will explore loom operation, yarn selection, pattern design, and even a bit of weaving history. Advanced students will have the opportunity to learn how to thread their own loom and plan more complex, individualized projects.

All materials are included in the class fee.
