Description
Get ready for a delicious adventure! It's the Great Bundt-kin at Middlebrook! This fall, students will whip up some seriously tasty treats while learning the basics of food safety and a dash of food history. They will create Oktoberfest bratwurst pretzel bites, football party snacks, and desserts packed with the cozy flavors of apple, cinnamon, cider, doughnuts, and pumpkin.
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s cooking:
Football Season – Two kinds of pizza appetizers! Choose between pizza sliders or mini pizza pops for the ultimate game day snack.
Pumpkin & Apple Season – Golden apple turnovers (with an optional caramel sea salt twist), Apple Cider Doughnut Bundt Cake, bursting with autumn flavor.
Halloween – Spooky Bundt-kin cakes! We’ll decorate mini pumpkin bundts with vanilla mousse or pudding icing, orange food coloring, cinnamon stick stems, and candy corn extras.
Octoberfest – Oktoberfest-style pretzel bratwurst served with honey mustard sauce.
Winter Warm-up– Rich, decadent chocolate cupcakes with chocolate mousse icing, chocolate shavings, and a dusting of powdered sugar for a wintry touch.
Bonus: Every recipe is peanut and tree nut free, so everyone can dig in with confidence! Get ready to mix, bake, and celebrate the flavors of fall—this is going to be delicious.
A $35 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
