Description

Yoga and mindfulness are tools for the brain and body to manage changes in daily life, build confidence, and promote academic success. In this small group environment, students will learn and practice a variety of yoga poses, both basic and more challenging, to promote physical strength, flexibility, and self-awareness. Students will explore mindfulness through guided meditations, breathing techniques, and mindful movement.
