Description

Does your child love making desserts, especially holiday-themed desserts?  Would they like a more hands-on, interactive way to learn S.T.E.A.M. (Science Technology Engineering Art Math) concepts? Then this is the class for your student.  Students will be using their right AND left brain to make sweet treats to take home at the end of each class:

• Build incredible edible structures, applying engineering principles of stability and support.
• Design unique and creative decorations, experimenting with colors, textures, and patterns
• Decorate like a pro using piping bags, icing techniques, and edible embellishments, tapping into artistic flair.
• Bake delicious Fall recipes, discovering the science behind ingredients

A $60 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
