Description
Young engineers will harness their creativity to 3D print & design, code their own interactive stories & games, and program robots to complete a variety of challenges.
Students will design their own 3D printer projects in the online program TinkerCad, and choose some favorites to be printed from a Makerbot 3D printer. Students will learn the fundamentals of computer programming and create their own animations and interactive games with introductory programming languages such as Scratch Jr. They will also learn to program and control robots, such as Ozobot, Dash, Cubelets, Beebot and more to overcome engaging challenges and obstacles! This class teaches the “Four C’s”: critical thinking and problem solving, communication, collaboration, and creativity and innovation.
**All materials are included in the class fee.**
