Bring yourself, or sign up with a friend to this high-energy, beginner level martial arts class that combines the fundamentals of traditional Shaolin Kempo Karate and Kung Fu (Self Defense) with the fun of age-appropriate team building, reflex, and agility drills that promote sportsmanship, confidence, and keep each class new and exciting! As a part of their uniform, students will receive a t-shirt and white belt, on which they will work to earn 5 stripes that represent each of the 5 Principles before the conclusion of the session.

No class 9/21, 10/12, 11/2.
