Monica Lopes Little Warriors Yoga: Before School
Monica Lopes has been an Occupational Therapist for 18 years, with 12 of those years being at Miller-Driscoll. Having been a competitive gymnast for 18 years both at the elite and collegiate level, she has always had a passion for health and wellness. Monica has completed courses in yoga for children and is working towards her kids yoga certification. She is excited to bring her knowledge of yoga and its benefits to the children at Miller-Driscoll.
