Hailey Coleman Random Acts of Kindness: Before School

Miss Coleman is a dedicated kindergarten teacher and lifelong dancer who brings her passion for movement, music, and kindness into everything she does. With extensive training in tap, ballet, jazz, pointe, kickline, and drill, she offers young dancers a fun and supportive introduction to the world of dance. Her teaching focuses on building confidence, creativity, and self-expression while helping children develop coordination, rhythm, and teamwork.

In the classroom, Miss Coleman is equally passionate about creating a nurturing environment where kindness is a daily practice. She believes that teaching compassion is just as important as academic skills, and she’s seen firsthand how simple acts of caring can transform both students and the wider school community.

As the leader of the Random Acts of Kindness program, she empowers students to make a positive difference through small, meaningful actions. Whether she’s guiding children through their first dance steps or encouraging them to treat others with empathy and respect, Miss Coleman is committed to helping young learners grow into confident, caring individuals.
