2015-16 Extended Day Programs: Miller-Driscoll After School 3:30-6:30 p.m.

 

Our After School Extended Day Program at Miller-Driscoll School offers a childcare option for families in a safe, fun and nurturing environment. The program is held in the South Cafeteria/Gym/Playground for students in grades K - 2 and runs until 6:30 p.m. We are in session starting the first day of school, August 31, from Monday through Friday.

A typical afternoon would include the following activities: 

  • Homework Time                                                                     
  • Indoor/Outdoor Activities
  • Art Projects
  • Theme & Holiday Crafts
  • Legos and Perler beads
  • Free Play
  • Reading time
  • Gym Time

SUPPLEMENTAL DAY OPTION

The Miller-Driscoll After School Extended Day Program provides ultimate flexibility for families looking to add Enrichment classes by offering on-site childcare after their pre-arranged activity.  Parents can count on their student arriving on-time to their lesson or activity without having to rush to meet a scheduled drop-off or pick up.  Families can contract for a reduced "Supplemental Day" fee of $25 on days when attending an Enrichment class.  This option allows students to attend the Enrichment Program and then be escorted back to the Extended Day Childcare program. You can then pick up your student at your convenience. Payment due at time of visit. Check made payable to "Town of Wilton" or billed through this office with a credit card you provide.

Registration as a Drop In Student in the Extended Day is required.
