Description

A high-energy, introductory level martial arts class that combines the fundamentals of traditional Shaolin Kempo Karate and Kung Fu (Self Defense) with the fun of team building, reflex and agility drills that promote sportsmanship and keep each class new and exciting! 

In addition to the physical side of the Martial Arts, each weekly lesson will have a specific Life-Skill focus using the Shaolin 5 Principles of Respect, Self Discipline, Self Control, Honesty and Patience. As apart of their uniform, students will receive an SDSS Martial Arts T shirt and a white belt, on which they will work to earn 3 stripes before the conclusion of the class.
